Lkhamdulam Natsagdorj

Lkhamdulam Natsagdorj (Mongolia) is the executive director of People Centered Conservation in Mongolia (PCC), a non governmental organization that develops and implements community-based projects tied to natural resource management and livelihood improvement.
 
She has 5 years of experience in trainings, facilitation of meetings and workshops to communities and community organizations in rural Mongolia, formation of community organizations for livelihoods, conservation and decision-making rights, community-based small-scale enterprise development and financial management.

She is one of the founders of PCC and has been successfully leading the organization since 2006. With Lkhamdulam as director, PCC has become a prominent organization in Mongolia. PCC works closely with New Zealand Nature Institute, an international team of conservation and development practitioners with core competencies in the fields of rural livelihoods and biodiversity conservation.  PCC has developed and implemented several projects in community-based natural resource management funded by FAO, UNDP, GTZ, The Asia Foundation, NZAid, and AusAid among others. PCC is a local-partner NGO for the project Participatory Forest Management in Mongolia by Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations.  

She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Hyderabad Central University in India and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics and accountancy from the Mongolian University of Agriculture in Mongolia. 

Currently, she has been a scholar of The Asia Pacific Leadership Program at East West Center, Hawaii. As part of her program, she is doing intern at Rich Male and associates for several months. If you want to reach Lkham, email her at Hamaa@richardmale.com
